If you haven’t heard of bgood before, they are a small healthy foods chain based in southern Ontario (mostly Toronto and Oakville) that specializes in real food made fast. Their kale and grain bowls are my fave, but they also have homemade baked sweet potato fries that are to die for, along with healthy seasonal salads, homemade burgers with custom toppings and delicious smoothies.

For the next ten days, you’ll have the chance to win a free lunch at bgood (eg one main and one side – a value of up to $20+!)

Right now my resolution is to prep healthy snacks to take to work everyday. This week it’s sliced carrots, cucumbers and apples. Lunch is still leftover pasta, but I’m okay with that as long as I get my veggies in. 🙂

I need to be disciplined and get to bed earlier! I stay up late so I can get alone time but wind up cranky the next morning, my patience is short with my kids, and I end up eating too much junk food for a boost.

Beyond cooking more meals at home and eating healthier in general, I hope to start drinking more water. I was given a beautiful Swell bottle for Christmas and, so far, it’s helping me drink much more water during the day!

I got super sick right after New Year’s and binge watched so many food documentaries on Netflix. As a result I’ve decided to go majority plant-based but typically don’t like veggies. I would love to transition into a more plant based diet with the help of b.good!

    Thanks for the chance!
