Salmon taco bowls. Need I say more?

Okay, I have to say more, because you know me…

Let me just start out by saying that fish and sauce are really just a match made in heaven. I mean, that’s the most exciting part of the whole seafood experience to me: it’s light eating, and it pairs so well with a variety of punchy, citrusy, chili-infused flavours.

Perfect for Mexican-style margarita night to cap off the end of a long day, these Chili Lime & Ginger Salmon Taco Bowls will have you dreaming about dinner all week.

And speaking of hard work, you really want to keep your fun night in just that – FUN.

No mess, no bones, no fuss. No guesswork involved in choosing the right filet of fish. And no toiling in the kitchen for hours.

Something healthy and wholesome that you can throw straight in the oven while you finish all the prep work and still manage to get all your veggies in with a delicious saucy finish.

That’s where this Chili Lime & Ginger Salmon comes into play. Let’s just say I’m in love.

Now if you haven’t heard of The Saucy Fish Co., they’re a UK-based company that have transformed tons of dinner plates with their fish and sauce offerings, and they’ve newly launched in Canada – in fact, you can find them in your local Loblaws!

There are so many delicious sauces and combinations available, from tilapia with salsa verde to haddock with chive and cheddar sauce, although my personal favourites remain this chili lime & ginger salmon, and their Sicilian lemon and dill mayo salmon.

Oh my goodness. So delicious.

I don’t know if you’ve noticed here on the blog, but I actually don’t cook fish too often. I just don’t like the guesswork, but gimme the right filet of salmon and I’m all over it. The Saucy Fish Co. has everything ready to go and well thought out, from the oven packet to the sauce that dresses it up.

Even if one of these taco bowls ain’t your thing, you can still have a delicious and healthy dinner that’s ready in just 30 minutes. Pair this Chili Lime & Ginger Salmon with some savoury rice and broccoli, for instance, and you’re all set.

No hard thinking required.
