Champagne Pomegranate Spritzers

These Champagne Pomegranate Spritzers are a delicious, two ingredient cocktail garnished with rosemary sprigs. You’ll enjoy the holiday cheer with these!

Champagne Pomegranate Spritzers

Say hello to your next favourite holiday cocktail.

It comes together in a measly 5 minutes too.

Have I mentioned that these Champagne Pomegranate Spritzers are the EASIEST thing in the world to put together? Like, they really only require two ingredients.

And if you wanna get fancy, you can throw in some pomegranate seeds and some rosemary sprigs, but they’re really optional and for decoration.

Just like these Christmas lights.

Champagne Pomegranate Spritzers

Speaking of Christmas, is anyone else here as excited as I am that the holidays are fast approaching?!

I can’t wait to eat piles of homemade lasagna curled up all cozy on the couch, and watch National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation like a thousand times with my family and bake Christmas cookies and go ice skating…

Seriously, this time of year is the best.

And it’s about to get even better, because I’ll be helping to provide you with endless holiday cocktail inspiration thanks to some of my closest blogger friends!

I’ve teamed up with some of my favourite Food Bloggers of Canada friends to create another delicious Connecting Over Cocktails series, and this time the theme is cozy holiday drinks.

You know, perfect for holiday entertaining,

Champagne Pomegranate Spritzers

And trust me, a tipsy me had quite a bit of putting “testing” them after I was finishing shooting them a couple weeks ago.

Best way to spend a casual Friday in the workplace.

I mean, good thing I’m my own boss right? LOL

If you want to check out the other holiday cocktail recipes that my fellow FBCers have put together, then I highly suggest you head on over to their sites for their fun, indulgent recipes.

I am just LOVING what everyone has put together and needless to say there aren’t enough weekends in the month for me to try them all out.

Maybe I’ll just have to double up then?

There is something so festive about a spritzer. The only time of year I drink them is during the holidays and I drink them WITH EVERYTHING!!!! I love the idea of curling up on the couch with lasagna and this spritzer right now!

These sound so light and refreshing! I love the jaunty little sprig of rosemary on top, too. 🙂

Taylor, these pom spritzers are ridiculously pretty. Plus champagne. Right? I’ll definitely make a few of these this month. Because I *AM* so so SO excited for Christmas! All the buildings in my area are putting up lights already and I listed to the She & Him Christmas album yesterday. I don’t know if I’ll eat piles of homemade lasagna (YUM THOUGH), but I’ll be eating piles of homemade ginger “soft” cookies and probably way too many bowls of gnocchi… So I guess not really that different from lasagna. hahaha.. Bring on the Christmas movies and cocktails!

Cheers sista – super stoked to participate in this collaboration with you xoxo!
